What this site is

Unit Bureau publishes editorial registry profiles, research, and reference material about stablecoin commerce. Everything is informational. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell financial products, legal advice, tax advice, regulatory approval, or a guarantee that any provider will accept your payment or settle on any particular terms.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Profiles can be incomplete or outdated. Networks, fees, and product behavior change. You are responsible for confirming facts with counterparties and for complying with law in your jurisdiction before moving funds.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unit Bureau and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. For direct damages where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to fifty US dollars unless a higher floor is required by law in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in violation of law or to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering.
• Attempt to break, overload, or bypass security or access controls.
• Scrape or harvest the site in a way that degrades service for others or misrepresents data as an official endorsement from us or any government.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Unit Bureau or forge our marks beyond normal citation.

Intellectual property

Bureau branding, layout, and original prose belong to the project unless otherwise noted. You may link to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Do not strip disclaimers or verification context when redistributing excerpts in a way that could mislead readers.

Third parties

The registry links to external sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply there. A listing is not a partnership between Unit Bureau and the listed organization.

Severability and governing law

If one clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Where disputes must be heard, they will be handled in the courts of general jurisdiction that apply to the operator of the site unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
